WOODCRAFT FOLK AT ERNULF

On Wednesday 30th October Year 7 took part in activities organised by Woodcraft Folk as part of the Curriculum Enrichment Day.

Woodcraft Folk is an educational movement for children and young people. At our groups our young members develop self confidence, make lifelong friends and explore the social and natural world around them through games, crafts, drama, debates and outdoor activities. We also go on fun camping trips and days out throughout the year. All our activities revolve around our aims and principles which include cooperation, international understanding, equality, nature and environment and peace.

On Wednesday students took part in activities focused on cooperation and working together, they worked in groups to make marble runs out of junk materials and had a challenge to put up and take down a tent without any instruction.

In St Neots we have groups for young people age 6-15.

We meet every Thursday during school term time at Paxton Pits 5:45-7:15pm.
